DIY: Dress 20s/Flapper Costume

Hello creatives!

DIY Dress 20s Flapper Costume

Carnival is coming. So I bring you inspiration soon, so you time to make this costume, if you like. The protagonists of this project are the fabrics.
It’s a new challenge Handbox. From Ribes & Casals we have challenged several bloggers to create a project of carnival with his canvases, which take less than 20s. And the best costume will have prize.

When they suggested it to me, I was mulling over the issue, and I was finally inspired the dresses of the 20’s, in its most elegant and festive.

I went to your store already with the idea in mind. I chose these two fabrics: fantasy with gilded by 9.70 details fabric and elastic fabric of cotton for the lining by 5.80. Total = 15,50. So the challenge to overcome!

Materials:

Drawing material: paper, rulers, pencil and tailor SOAP

Fancy fabric x 1 m.

Elastic cotton for the lining fabric x 1 m.

Sewing machine, needle and thread and scissors

Invisible zipper, fringe of 20 cm and ornaments
We have prepared this the 1920s dress pattern, so that you can draw it on a paper with your measures comfortably.
